Session: The Smart Occupier
What are the conditions for success to deliver the benefits of Smart Buildings? One facet is the need for ‘smart occupiers’.
Along with colleague David Langley, Robert will share Deloitte’s insight as both an occupier and global advisor in Smart Buildings, including upgrading to ‘Version 2.0’ of The Edge, the world’s greenest, most intelligent building, and the company’s experience in applying the lessons learnt with global clients.
“Facilities management needs to move ahead of the emerging bow-wave of smart building technology and data or risk being submerged. Helping occupiers to use systems and data to gain the most from this rapidly developing environment is key.” – David Langley & Robert Scopes
