Against the backdrop of a skills crisis in the engineering sector, Graeme will look into how technologies will enable the facilities management sector and potentially revolutionise not just how work is done, but the business models for future FM companies.
He will explore how innovations like the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Process Robotic Automation and Block Chains have the power to not only drive technology-enabled change, but technology-driven change.
“Technology has the power not just to change how work is done, but change the very nature of what work is – and the FM business may be next.” – Graeme Wright
